K ent Gall, Camp Director and founder of "Music On The River", has been
the Band Director at Goochland High School for the past twenty-one years.  
During his twenty-eight years of teaching in Virginia, he has been
active in band camps in Virginia, acting as guest conductor, assistant camp
director and counselor.   Mr. Gall continues to be active as
a composer, adjudicator and guest conductor.
